A Message from the Founder & Board of Trustees

At Noori Welfare Foundation, our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that every human being deserves the opportunity to live a life of hope, security, and respect.

Across Azad Jammu & Kashmir & Pakistan, countless families continue to struggle with poverty, unemployment, natural disasters, inadequate healthcare, limited access to education, and the loss of loved ones. Among the most vulnerable are orphaned children, widows, persons with disabilities, and families who have no one to turn to during times of crisis.

Noori Welfare Foundation was established with a simple yet powerful vision: to serve humanity without discrimination and to extend a helping hand to those who need it most. Since our inception, we have worked tirelessly to transform lives by providing practical, sustainable, and compassionate support to vulnerable communities.

With the generous support of our donors, volunteers, partners, and well-wishers, we have been able to implement a wide range of humanitarian and development programmes, including:

• Orphan Care and Sponsorship ProgrammesEnsuring vulnerable children receive education, healthcare, and essential support.
• Widow Support InitiativesHelping widowed women rebuild their lives with dignity and financial assistance.
• Emergency Relief and Disaster ResponseProviding food, shelter, clean water, and essential supplies to families affected by natural disasters and emergencies.
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) ProjectsIncluding the installation of water hand pumps, wells, and community water supply systems.
• Education ProgrammesSupporting underprivileged children through school assistance, educational materials, scholarships, and learning opportunities.
• Healthcare InitiativesIncluding medical camps, treatment support, and assistance for vulnerable patients.
• Support for Persons with DisabilitiesPromoting inclusion through mobility assistance, rehabilitation support, and community-based services.
• Seasonal Humanitarian ProjectsIncluding Ramadan food distributions, Qurbani programmes, winter assistance, and other relief initiatives.
